Personal Profile

With a career spanning more than a decade, I bring a distinctive blend of Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, and Sustainable Development expertise to every project. I hold a degree in Environmental and Occupational Safety Engineering from Centro Universitário de Várzea Grande, a postgraduate specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering, and an additional certification in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development. I am also OSHA 10–certified and a member of respected institutions including AAEES and CONFEA/CREA.

My professional journey includes significant contributions across both the public and private sectors in Brazil and internationally. I have built a solid reputation for preventing workplace accidents, elevating safety compliance, promoting environmental responsibility, and developing high-impact technical reports, waste management programs, and educational initiatives.

I specialize in conducting comprehensive risk assessments, implementing preventive and corrective measures, and leading safety audits aligned with national and international standards such as OSHA, NR, and ISO. Throughout my career, I have consistently improved safety performance indicators, reduced incident rates, and supported organizations in achieving regulatory excellence through data-driven strategies.

Training, education, and workforce development are central to my work. I have designed and delivered technical workshops, university-level lectures, and in-company safety programs that foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and safety awareness. My experience extends to managing multidisciplinary teams and deploying advanced technologies—including IoT sensors, drone monitoring, biometric access, and AI-driven predictive analytics—to strengthen compliance and optimize operational safety.

As an active contributor to the academic and professional community, I have published research on industrial waste management and sustainability, reinforcing my commitment to advancing environmental stewardship and responsible industry practices.

Today, as the Founder and CEO of SafeTech Occupational Safety Solutions LLC in the United States, I am dedicated to modernizing the occupational safety field. My mission is to integrate emerging technologies with sustainable, scalable strategies that promote workplace well-being and help organizations navigate complex ESG expectations.
